Meeting rooms for groups of all sizes

Meeting rooms

The hotel’s lower floor features several meeting rooms of various sizes, suitable for both small and larger groups. The largest meeting room can accommodate up to 46 people.

All meeting rooms are equipped with either a TV or a projector and screen, making it easy to view shared materials.

Hovi 1: 16-20 people
Hovi 2: 8 people
Silmu 1&2: 26-48 people
Muikku: 12-16 people
Norppa: 8-10 people

Hovi 1 ikkunoista voi katsella takka-aulan menoa ja tilan omasta ovesta on hyvä käydä pienellä happihyppelyllä tauon aikana.
From the windows of Hovi 1, you can observe the activity in the fireplace lounge, and the room's own door provides a convenient way to step out for a quick breather during breaks.
Hovi 2 on yksi pienemmistä neuvottelutiloista.
Hovi 2 is one of the smaller meeting rooms.
Silmu 1 & 2 ovat myös jaettavissa kahteen eri tilaan.
Silmu 1 & 2 can also be divided into two separate spaces.
Muikku on valoisa tila omassa rauhassa.
Muikku is a bright and private space.
Norppa sopii hyvin pienemmille ryhmille.
Norppa is well-suited for smaller groups.
Multipurpose hall

For larger groups, our multipurpose hall is a great option. The hall can accommodate up to 400 people, with seating for 250.

Concerts and dances are also held in the hall and which includes a stage for performances. The 550 m² flexible parquet flooring is ideal for dancing. Additionally, the hall is licensed to serve alcohol (A-license).

In front of the hall, there is a large parking area, and nearby you’ll also find meeting rooms and the Lakeside Restaurant.

Lakeside restaurant

Our Lakeside Restaurant is also available for private events. The restaurant offers seating for 130 guests, a large bar, and buffet dining can be arranged for groups.

In the summer, a cozy outdoor terrace provides additional space and offers a direct view of Lake Saimaa.

The restaurant also features a private room, Vitjanen, which can accommodate up to 60 people.

Kota restaurant

The Kota Restaurant is ideal for more atmospheric events and can host up to 60 guests. It is located right on the coast of Lake Saimaa.

The Kota Restaurant can be rented for anything from a few hours to a full day. Catering can be pre-ordered, or you may bring your own food. The space also includes a small kitchen. The Kota Restaurant is licensed to serve alcohol (A-license).

Lakeside sauna

The cozy lakeside sauna by the lake is a former smoke sauna. The benches can seat up to 10 people. In addition to the steam room, the facilities include two shower rooms and separate changing rooms for men and women.

The sauna’s lounge area features a small kitchen, table seating, and a fireplace. Groups can also pre-order evening snacks to enjoy at the sauna.

In front of the sauna, there is a hot tub for 4–6 people, available for separate rental. There is also a beach just outside, perfect for a refreshing dip. Winter swimming is also possible during the colder months.
