Our villas offer a combination of Saimaa’s nature and Scandinavian design.
The Saimaanranta Resort hillside villas blend perfectly into the natural landscape. Here, you can enjoy the comforts of the villa in a private and quiet setting, with a perfect view of Lake Saimaa. The two-story wooden villas, designed by Timo Leiviskä, are located only 70 meters from the shoreline. Each villa includes a unique selection of artworks by Finnish artists.
In Hillside Villas prices start from 250€/night (2 bedroom villa) and 350€/night (3 bedroom villa).

The hillside villas are semi-detached houses made up of a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom villa. They can also be connected to form one spacious 5-bedroom unit.

Information
All accommodation packages include access to the gym and free use of the sauna and pool areas during their opening hours. Depending on the season, those staying in the villas have access to various recreational equipment free of charge, including Nordic walking poles, snowshoes, sticks, kicksleds, bicycles and various outdoor games. For an additional fee, visitors have access to services such as daily bed-making, sparkling wine at arrival, birthday cake, dinner service in the villa, breakfast delivery and meeting equipment.
Villa reservations do not include breakfast. If you wish to add breakfast to your reservation please contact our reception. Breakfast 10€ / person.
Pets allowed, pet fee 10€ / day. Please always inform about pets beforehand.
We also have separate allergy-free villas. If you would like an allergy-free villa, please mention it when making your booking.
Check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 12 noon.
